Kemetic Yoga

 

Here’s my husband Leon practicing the ancient traditions of our ancestors in ancient Kemet (Egypt to some). From the light of Kemet derived all of the great spiritual traditions and practices of world over. Many don’t know the history of this great African civilization and the fact that yoga was clearly seen practiced on glyphs on temple walls and is nothing new to people of African/original descent.  We must give thanks for the greatness we have been left to improve and refine ourselves as we seek reunification, Smai Tawi..
